We have business relationships and partnerships with Alliance Data Systems (ADS), Vital Processing, Moneris, Voyager and Wright Express (petroleum), Select Payment (electronic check), ValuTec (gift & loyalty cards), and EWI (prepaid cards). The Brennes-Jones management team has over eighty (80) years combined experience in the bankcard industry. Our national sales force has account executives selling directly into all segments of the merchant business market, and our operational staff in Dallas is augmented by the staffs of U.S. Bank, Harris N.A., Alliance Data Systems, and Vital Processing Services.

Richard Brennes - President
Rick graduated in 1972 with a BBA in Banking & Finance from North Texas State University. He entered the payments industry in September 1990 in sales at Martin Howe Associates in Dallas, Texas. He was promoted to Sales Manager and later to Vice President of Sales. Rick founded and incorporated The Brennes-Jones Group in July 1997. He has served on The Board of Directors of the Electronic Transaction Association from 2000 to 2004. Chaired the Membership Committee of the ETA in 2003-2004 and received the Committee of the Year Award. Rick pioneered wireless card processing in 1992 with the Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Vikings, Dallas Stars, Mighty Ducks, Detroit Lions, Univ. of Michigan, NASCAR, Atlanta Braves, NBA All Star Game, World Series and many other sports and entertainment customers. Rick enjoys baseball and breaking his arm sliding in to 3rd base.
Galen Mosier - Chief Technology Officer
Galen is chiefly responsible for the technological infrastructure of the Brennes-Jones Group, as well as strategic planning, data analysis, report production, and managing the relationships with our technology vendors. He is a founding member of the Brennes-Jones Group, with a dozen years experience in the bankcard processing industry. He was a member of the receivership team appointed by the Federal Trade Commission to oversee the operations of a troubled ISO in 2001. Galen is an honor graduate of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center's Russian language program. Galen plays the banjo and flies a Piper J-3 Cub, but never at the same time.
Jennifer Shaver - Vice President of Operations
Jennifer Shaver is responsible for day-to-day operations, including vendor relations, customer relations, contract administration, research, technical support and new product implementations. Jennifer has been involved in the electronic payments industry since 1996 and is also one of the founding members of the Brennes Jones Group. She received her Bachelor's degrees in English and Philosophy from Texas Tech University. Jennifer has two small children who keep her sane and happy. OK, happy.
Marcy Murray - Controller
Marcy handles the accounting, payroll, and human resources functions of the company. She has also been with Brennes-Jones since its founding in 1997. She has several years of experience with customer service and IT within the industry as well. She has almost twenty years of experience in accounting and HR, ten of which have been in the credit card industry. Marcy has three children at home: two teenagers and one husband.
